About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Creative Hub L.L.C., business number (NUI) 811373290, registered at Space 4, Rruga Behar Begolli, F&A Inxhiniering Building, Lamella A, Prishtina 10000, Kosovo (“Creative Hub”, “we”, “us”).
They apply to our website, free courses, academies, corporate training, accelerator programs, career support and events. By using our website or services, you accept these terms. If you enroll in an academy, your signed enrollment agreement also applies. If the two differ, the enrollment agreement prevails.
Our services
- Academies: structured, instructor-led programs in data, AI, digital marketing, software development, product and project management, HR and vibe coding. Classes are hybrid: you can join live online or in person at our Prishtina campus.
- Free courses: free intro lessons and resources available after you create a free account.
- Corporate training: training for company teams, delivered on campus, at your office or online.
- Accelerator programs: shorter programs for businesses and professionals, which may be co-financed by partners.
- Career support and events for our students and community.
Applications and enrollment
Applying does not guarantee a place. We may invite you to an interview or assessment before offering one. Your place is confirmed when you sign the enrollment agreement and we receive your first payment.
You must give us accurate information when you apply and tell us if it changes.
Prices and payment
Tuition for each academy is published on its program page and in your personal offer, in euros.
- Certification tracks: most academies are offered at three levels, each with its own price: a Creative Hub Certificate, an EU Diploma Supplement, and an Official U.S. Diploma.
- Monthly payment plans: academy tuition can be paid in up to 15 monthly installments. Vibe Coding also offers a recordings-only track payable in 10 monthly installments. Your exact plan is confirmed in your enrollment agreement.
- VAT: all prices include VAT.
- Accelerator programs: the total cost is €600 per participant, VAT included. Where a program is 50% co-financed by the GROW Project, your business pays €300 per participant, subject to the program’s eligibility conditions.
- Discounts and scholarships: scholarship seats and promotions are limited, valid only for the period stated and cannot be combined unless we say so.
- Late payments: we send a friendly reminder 3 days after a missed due date. If a payment is 14 days overdue, access to live classes and recordings is paused until it is paid. If a payment is 30 days overdue, or two installments are missed, we may end your enrollment. We do not charge interest or late fees. Certificates and diplomas are issued once tuition is fully paid.
Cancellations and refunds
We want the rules to be clear before you pay. They apply to academies. Accelerator programs and corporate training have their own rules, described below.
- Change of mind (14 days): you can cancel within 14 days of signing your enrollment agreement and receive a full refund, as long as your program has not started. If you asked us to start within those 14 days, we refund what you paid minus the sessions already delivered.
- Before the program starts: if you cancel at least 7 days before the start date, you receive a full refund. If you cancel later, you can transfer free of charge to the next cohort.
- During the first 2 weeks: if you leave within the first 2 weeks of the program, we refund what you paid minus the weeks you attended, and cancel your remaining installments.
- After the first 2 weeks: we do not refund tuition, and installments already agreed remain due. You can transfer once, free of charge, to a later cohort that starts within 12 months.
- If we cancel or postpone a program: you choose between a full refund and a free transfer to another cohort.
- How to cancel: email contact@creativehubkos.com with your name and program. Refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 days of your request being confirmed.
- Scholarships and discounts: refunds are calculated on the amount you actually paid.
- Accelerator programs: refunds follow the conditions of the co-financing program, such as the GROW Project, given to you when you apply.
- Corporate training: cancellations and refunds follow the agreement signed with your company.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you have as a consumer under Kosovo law.
Schedules and changes
We may occasionally change class times, instructors, the venue or the curriculum to keep programs up to date. We will tell you about significant changes in good time. If a change significantly affects you, you can ask to transfer to another cohort or cancel under the section above.
Attendance, assessment and certificates
To complete an academy, you need to attend at least 80% of live sessions, submit all required projects and pass the final project. Watching a recording does not count as attendance, but it helps you catch up on what you missed. If you fall behind, you can complete missing projects within 3 months of the program’s end.
Depending on the track you enroll in, students who meet all requirements receive a Creative Hub Certificate, an EU Diploma Supplement, or an Official U.S. Diploma issued by Creative Hub Miami, our U.S. institution. Students on the Vibe Coding recordings-only track receive a Creative Hub Certificate once they submit the required projects. Certificates and diplomas are issued once tuition is fully paid.
Students who do not meet the requirements receive a Certificate of Attendance showing the sessions attended. They can upgrade to the full certificate or diploma by completing the missing requirements within 3 months, or by transferring to a later cohort as described in the Cancellations and refunds section.
Student conduct
- Treat instructors, staff and other students with respect, on campus and online.
- Submit your own work. Plagiarism and cheating are not allowed. Use AI tools only as your instructors allow.
- Do not share your account, course materials or recordings with others.
If these rules are seriously or repeatedly broken, we may suspend or end your participation. Refunds in that case follow the cancellation section above.
Course materials and your work
Our course materials, recordings, templates and content belong to Creative Hub or our licensors. You may use them for your own learning, but you may not copy, sell or redistribute them.
The projects you create remain yours. We may showcase your work or name only with your permission.
Class recordings
Live sessions are recorded. Recordings are available to enrolled students to catch up on missed classes and review lessons. They are for your personal use only and may not be downloaded, shared or published outside the program.
Free courses and the free library
Free courses and resources are provided free of charge and as they are. We may add, change or remove free content at any time. Your access link is personal, so please do not share it. When you sign up, we use your details as described in our Privacy Policy.
Career support
Career support includes help with your CV, portfolio and interviews, and introductions to hiring partners. It improves your chances, but we do not guarantee employment, a salary or any specific job outcome.
Corporate training
Training for companies is governed by the offer or agreement we sign with your company, including the price, schedule, invoicing and payment terms. Where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement prevails.
Accelerator programs
Some accelerator programs are co-financed by partners and may have their own eligibility rules, deadlines and conditions. Those conditions will be given to you when you apply and apply in addition to these terms.
Using our website
- Use our website lawfully, and do not try to disrupt it or access areas you are not authorised to use.
- We work to keep information accurate, but program details and dates can change. Your enrollment agreement or offer is what applies to you.

Our liability
We deliver our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the program concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost income or opportunities.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Privacy
How we use personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. We will always try to resolve a complaint with you directly first, so please contact us. If we cannot agree, disputes will be settled by the competent courts in Prishtina, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website on the date you enroll applies to your enrollment.
