How Creative Hub collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit our website, apply to an academy, take a free course or train with us.

Who we are
Creative Hub (“Creative Hub”, “we”, “us”) is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. The data controller is Creative Hub L.L.C., business number (NUI) 811373290, registered at Space 4, Rruga Behar Begolli, F&A Inxhiniering Building, Lamella A, Prishtina 10000, Kosovo.

U.S. Professional Diplomas are issued by Creative Hub Miami. Where we share student data with it for that purpose, this is explained below. Our locations in Skopje (North Macedonia) and Miami (United States) are operated by separate legal entities. We share with them only the data they need, for example with Creative Hub Miami to issue U.S. diplomas, as described below.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to creativehubkos.com and our blog, the forms on those sites, our academies, free courses, corporate training, accelerator programs, career support and events. It also applies when you contact us by email, phone or through our social media pages.
Personal data we collect
We only collect what we need for the purpose you are engaging with us for.
- Applications and enquiries: name, email, phone number, the academy you are interested in and any message you send us.
- Free courses: first and last name, email, the fields you are interested in and whether you want updates from us. Your lesson progress is stored only in your own browser, not on our servers.
- Corporate training requests: company name, team size, training goals, preferred start date, your name, role, work email and phone number.
- Call bookings: the name, email and answers you give when you book a call with our admissions team (Flaka or Leonita) through Calendly.
- Enrolled students: identity and contact details, payment and invoicing details, attendance, assignments, assessment results and the certificates or diplomas you earn. At enrollment, we also collect a copy of your ID card to verify your identity.
- Class recordings: live sessions are recorded, so your image, voice and chat messages may appear in recordings shared with students of your program.
- Career support: your CV, portfolio, LinkedIn profile and job preferences, if you use our career support.
- Photos, videos and testimonials: only when you agree to be featured.
- Website usage data: IP address, device and browser information and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy.
How and why we use your data
We use personal data only where the law allows it. The table below shows each purpose and its legal basis.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for decisions based solely on automated processing.
Who we share data with
We share personal data only with those who need it to provide our services, and only as much as they need:
- Service providers acting on our behalf: website hosting (SiteGround), Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Maps and Fonts), Meta (Facebook Pixel), Microsoft (Clarity and Microsoft Advertising), Calendly for call bookings, our email service provider for email, ActiveCampaign for newsletters and email updates and payment service providers for online payments.
- Creative Hub Miami, to issue U.S. Professional Diplomas to students who complete the requirements.
- Hiring partners, only if you take part in career support and agree to share your profile.
- Authorities, courts or advisers, where the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.
International transfers
Some of our service providers, and Creative Hub Miami, are based in the United States or other countries outside Kosovo. When data is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or the provider’s certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable.
How long we keep your data
- Enquiries and applications that do not lead to enrollment: 12 months
- Student records, including attendance, results and certificates: 10 years after you finish your program, so we can verify your certificate or diploma
- Invoices and accounting records: for as long as Kosovo tax and accounting law requires.
- Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
- Cookies: as listed in our Cookie Policy.
After these periods, we delete or anonymise the data.
Your rights
Under Kosovo’s Law on Personal Data Protection, and the GDPR where it applies to you, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- ask us to delete your data;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
To use these rights, email contact@creativehubkos.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Information and Privacy Agency of Kosovo, or to the data protection authority in your country.
Children and young students
Our programs are designed for adults. Students under 18 can enroll only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who will be asked to sign the enrollment agreement.
How we protect your data
We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, security monitoring and staff confidentiality. No system is completely secure, so if you believe your data has been compromised, please contact us straight away.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or with a notice on our website.
